This SIP Termination and Origination provider keeps biling my account and refuses to port all DID numbers on my account to another account so i can close this one. The owner keeps crying about us not wanting to use thier service. Even more reason to steer clear. The call routing is cheap and unreliable. I was helping a friend by dealing with this account and now I cannot get rid of it. They do not respond to emails.
Half the numbers ported over fine but they will not release the reamaining numbers becasue it means me closing my account. The owner has "no idea why they didnt all port" keeps putting it back on me to submit more information. All over about $200 a month in revenue. Shows you how small this provider is.
I wish them good luck but there are plenty of other reputable carriers out there. Dont use these guys.

Still dragging their feet

These guys are still dragging thier feet on a port. It literally took months to port a few numbers. They have no business i guess so they try to squeeze every penny out of thier clients even when you want to cancel your account.
Again , these guys are just a middle man . Use a real carrier.
