We had some hail a couple months back and were greeted by a knock on our door by one of 800-New-Looks sales men. He informed us that we could get all kinds of repairs done due to the hail and that our insurance company would fork over the bill, in fact his words were " we will make your insurance company pay for all our work!"  I said this seemed like fraud and thats when he pulled out his pitch book that explained why the insurance company would pay. Everything seemed good so i signed a work release with them. They stared working on our siding and while they were there a man named Steve Ingalls showed up, he informed us that he was Kurt Prices "Partner" and that he was co owner of 800-new-look and that he use to own Gandy Home Improvements. So anyways while they were working we learned that Steve Ingalls was going around tearing off the corners of our roof and breaking a few of our window frames, this was seen by our neighbor. So the next day after observing the damages my neighbor told me about I called the 800-new-look office. I was able to reach Steve Ingalls and he informed me that him and Kurt Price would both be coming out to meet with us. Steve and Kurt both showed up, reaking of alcohol breath, there is no way Kurt was of legal limit to drive and they both asked to talk with me in private. Long story short I was told that they were insurance experts and that they could even get us a new garage door if we allowed them to shoot paint balls at the door and them wipe the paint. I know realized what i was dealing with and could not believe it! This company is a complete fraud committing company. After doing my research i learned that Kurt Price was a career criminal that had done years in prison and had 8 drunk drivings on his record, I should have reported him that day! Steve Ingalls i guess has been charged for assault and prostitution charges in the past. I had to replace the window frames and shingles with money out of pocket and of course i never allowed them on my property again. Do not allow this company to work on your property, I have learned from my neighbor thats a lawyer whos helping me take these guys to court that if i would had let them finish the job that i could have gotten into serious legal trouble for conspiracy to commit insurance fraud.  It shouldnt be long and these guys will be back in prison where they belong!
