I received a call several months ago by a persistent, pushy guy wanting to tell me how I could get my company name in front of more people. Was I interested? Sure I'm interested but what is the cost? Nothing right now! (it went something like that)
I never received an email, a contract, an anything...promptly forgot about it. Then I noticed my Centurylink (phone) bill had skyrocketed the last two months. Turns out this BS company charged Centurylink, who charged me, $49.95 per month.
I called to ask what the heck this was and they said, well we spoke to you on such and such a date! Yes, but did you send me an invoice, a contract? an email? a something that would tell me what kind of service you were actually going to provide?
We got into a screaming match as they refused to credit the $101 they charged. Luckily, Centurylink came to the rescue and issued a credit. They should not be doing business with this company. Look at the website..there is really no info to speak of. Makes me entirely suspect, not to mention sick.
