I posted an item in the Facebook community support forum, wondering if either I was hacked or my friend was, as his page had all his posts but a strange woman on there. He told me that he had a strange call on his Skype from a woman who he believed was Russian, I had expressed concern wondering if this had anything to do with fraudalent charges on credit cards in my possession that happens from time to time.
A person responded with this number, I can not tell who it is, because when I removed the item from FB to repost it with new info I found out, I could not repost it (it was blocked for too fast?) and the person who responded to my question with a number they claimed was FB post had been removed so I called this number.
The first person I talked to said he definitely worked for FB (was suspicious as he had an accent, sounded Russian, but he said he was from Singapore and gave a long biography as to his credentials should have been hung up then and there) and went on and on about how this was neither mine or my friend's fault.) He directed me to this page http://www.cgimart.us/1/, which I thought was strange as he claimed to work for FB, but I had to call them on my computer and then the phone on the computer started ringing (it can ring and while I am talking on another line) and I accidently disconnected him.
Before I called back I did a quick google check and on the first line on the google page, said it was a number for FB so then I called and spoke to a Maximillian and I told him where the former agent and I were in the process of correcting the problem and what the option we chose from Cgimart was "Go to Assist", the second guy also went on and on about how he would secure my FB page and bank accounts (again, THAT, should have sent a red alert) as that has NOTHING to do with FB.
He then started talking about how I would get my charges back and I asked what he was talking about, and he said one had to get an Itunes or Google Play account to pay for that and assured me that I would get a refund since I had his name and employee number 1001009 and I said that means nothing to me, you can give me all your information and I may not get my money back and then he became argumentive and said HE should be angry at me, I hung up and then researched more and saw this was the support line for many, many other companies, Outlook, AOL etc.
This may be a tech support center for computers but is NOT the ones for the major companies, I think the have shills directing people to their sites when complaints like mine are posted or they are the companies that have popups warning you that you have a virus so you will click on, possibly downloading malware and other stuff on your computer, they are here to scam you out of your money and won't fix anything. I am posting this on a couple of websites so this will appear higher in the google search than their website. Unfotunately as I thought they were facebook they have my name, so using pseudonym here.
DO NOT CALL them!!!

He SAID he was in Austin Texas but he sounded like he was from India and so did the first one I talked to, I called the number and now, no one answers, they may put up another number on google search knowing that I exposed this one, I also filed a report with the FTC.
