I was notified by 90210 about this crap and this is ridiculous. These posts are crude and offensive. I'm not even African American and I'm offended. 

I am a current client now for 7 months, no issues to report, 90210 has always gotten back to me. You take the good with the bad. 

One comment to the office space, who ever owns the whole building? Most people rent office space, so why is that a bad thing? Who cares. I don't care if this company is working from home as long as my payments are made every month. Guess you are entitled to your opinion, but again the overall picture of my experience has been great!

I am still under contract with this company but had only bad experiences with this company 90210 investment group. One excuse after another, bad on calling me back on issues, and resolving the open issues. Their office is not owned but what you call renting office space as just a place to look like they are established. Do not use their services!!'

WOW! It's apparent this review(s) was written by Swap a Lease themselves. Interesting thing was I called in to Swap a Lease to ask what they knew about this company and they told me very similar things to this post. First off, you have to completely ignore the above as nonsense considering the racial (the N word), that's a low blow Swap a Lease. I am an attorney and what you are saying is NOT true. You are misinterpreting the actual subleasing law. It states you have to violate all 6 tangents of the law, and if you actually read the company's contracts, it states at no time are the Owners assigning their rights to anyone.

I have been with 90210 since August, never once had a big problem, there was a ticket and one payment was late by the person in the car, but nothing negative to reflect on the company. In fact, I am just grateful that I don't have to make payments. I did my research on the driver, and he's not any of the type of person that was stated above! And I went and saw their Irvine office, met with a couple of their staff members, they have a physical office. Just sad that it's so easy to tarnish a company. Shameful actually, especially on a site like this.
