I purchased 2 ipods and PAY PAL debited my checking account on 11/30/06. After numerous calls to the company Ipodsrule, ipods4sale and a number of other names they go by, I constantly got told they were shipped yet they never could provide a tracking number. This was just to string me along. I never received them, and consequently filed claim with PAYPAL. That was a joke. They ruled in my favor but could not collect any monies nor did they (as a company) reimburse me. I was very disappointed in PAYPAL.
I believe it was their responsibility to make sure they were a legitimate company. I welcome a class action suit against this company. I have read numerous stories about people that were ripped off by this company or companies.
