9mm Clothing Deceptive Sales Practices and Undelivered Items after Being Paid. Internet Internet

I ordered 2 shirts from 9mmclothing through their website, 9mmusa.com, on October 2nd, 2007. I did this after being told that in order to enter their "model search" I needed to send them pictures of myself in their shirts. Although this is a shady way to sell some shirts, I actually LIKED the shirts anyway and was happy to buy a couple of them! So not only was I very disappointed to not receive the products, I now feel ripped off and am quite certain that there are a number of women out there in the same situation. I sent numerous emails to the company asking about the shipping date and expected arrival of the shirts, but got no response. There was no phone number given. It has now been over a month since I made the order and Paypal charged my credit card. I have now informed my credit card company about the dispute, and wanted to warn others. My last email to 9mm Clothing is as follows: "It has now been over a month since I placed my order for two of your shirts. I have not received them and have gotten no response to several emails inquiring about their arrival. I am now forced to cancel my payment for them since they obviously are not being sent and you have declined to respond to any of my inquiries. Not only is this extremely disappointing from an ethical standpoint, it is also sad that you evidently are not actually providing merchandise that is very unique and would have been a starting point for a profitable business for you. Please be advised that the appropriate consumers affairs bureaus will be forwarded this information in hopes that others won't also be disappointed and lose their money." Thank you for your attention to this matter and I hope that this may prevent someone else from being taken.
