Constant mice problems! Any positive reviews seem to all be around same dates so employee reviews! Do your research or get storage else where! Salt Lake Utah

I have had broken lock latch since day we moved in!
Constant mice problems!
The last straw is they made arrangements for a payment because I was in hospital with stage 4 cancer and employee confirmed and said will call be back if there was a problem. 2 days later wont accept payment as agreed he forgot to call me.
Now owner wont honor and he refuses to take a call from a customer!!! They wont even give me his name and he refuses to call me. Obviously not a company you would do business with!.. Any positive reviews seem to all be around same dates so employee reviews! Do your research or get storage else where!
