This company represented in Hawaii by Larry Cummins was supposed to ship a 36' Albin Trawler from Kent Is, MD to San Francisco. He told me to wire $ 7,500 deposit to the company HQ in Dripping Springs,TX. which I did.
I had the boat yard in Kent Is. haul the boat and prep it to go, which it did.We awaited the trailer truck which never arrived. We were told that the truck had broken down and would arrive the next day,which it didn't and for several days thereafter. I had to return to Hawaii and told the shipping co to cancel the order and refund my deposit. They refused. Ever since they haven't answered my phone calls. Mr. Cummins stated that he had nothing to do with the company and that I had made a contract with them. Not so.
All communication was made through Mr. Cummins. Eventually we lost the boat to pay for storage bills racked up in the yard for storing the boat. 360 Boat Loader is still in business,at least in San Diego.

Larry Cummins's new Company 360 Boat Loader was not involved in this transaction. Larry Cummins at that time was an employee of Load-A-Boat. in Texas. This complaint should have been directed only at Load-A-Boat in Dripping Springs,Texas not 360 Boat Loader.
