I thought long and hard about this but I think it is time I tell my story. In October 2006, I was rushing to a meeting when my phone rang a young man on the phone asked if I was ---- and asked if I was interested in starting an online business. The pitch was quite good and he answered all my questions. - He said I would have access to live support to step up my webpage and I could start selling right away. To prove how genuine the business was, he pointed me to the webpage for StartUp Essential and showed me where it was listed Better Business Bureau so I could read the web page to see what people had to say about the company. I told him I am not sure and that I was rushing to a meeting, but he said it would only take a few minutes that all I have to do is to initial one page then I will be able to read the entire documents afterward. My computer system was not working and I was not able to download the document but I was able to initial the page. He said I will receive a copy in the mail and I could cancel. I hastily confirm my information with a third party - did not realized they were the one would be doing my lease - no one explained that this was a four year lease. I did not get that information until I received the lease in the mail

I tried to return the second-rate laptop and literature but was advised by Bond Corporation that the lease cannot be broken. A charge of $137.40 was debited monthly from my account, so I tried to make it work - but the human help was never available. My webpage was never step up nor did I receive the credit card machine. March 2007, I closed my checking account and returned the second rate laptop and literature to StartUp Essential by registered mail. I also contact the Better Business Bureau, Bond Corporation, the different government offices for Bond Corp and StartUp Essential and I closed my checking account.

With everything going sky high, I could not afford to pay $137.50 per month for four year. Bond Corporation/A-1 Leasing LLC, called on March 10, 2008, to say that they are turning my account over to a collection agency and since then I have been collection calls.

If there is a class action suit out there I want to add my name to the list. I want these people to know that they cannot expect the small man to pay for services or equipment that they do that have

A-1 Leasing is not interested in the fact that the lap top and literature was returned to StartUp Essential by certified mail.

Per their lawyer/collection agency I have 14 days from the date of the letter I received today to pay the full amount of $10,689.69 what was outstanding when I stopped the payment was $5,800

If they paid StartUp Essential that amount of money then StartUp Should return this amount because they have the equipment and they did not provide the service
