I am so frustrated and angry. I cannot belief that this is happening but the main point of my story is that I entered into apparently a verbal contract with StartUp Essential to do a home base business. However the document I signed state A-1 Leasing and even though I was told that my account was going to be debited by Bond Corporation I thought these companies were one using AKA (also known as).
When the business did not work out - I did not get as far as setting up my web page I returned the everything by certified mail to StartUp Essentials. Now I am being sued by A-1 Leasing for twice the amount that I owe plus they have a private investigator calling to do a pre trial audit on my asset and liabilities
Is there someone out there who can tell me how to fight this ripoff - I did not get the service that I was suppose to and now I am being forced to pay for something that I don't have
