A & A Sales And Marketing - Kirby Company, I haven't received by $100.00 check for over 50 days. Now my very pissed off. Fremont California

On 2/4/09 A & A Sales & Marketing came to my house to sell me a Kirby vaccuum and also took my old vaccuum to donate to a women's shelter. On 2/27 Cleo Jones, a sales rep, came to take my Kirby back, because I lost my job and could pay for the Kirby. She promised that I would either get my old vaccuum back or be mailed $50 to buy a new vaccuum by 3/3.

On 3/5 I called Marilyn Valdez in customer service at A & A about where my $50. She will call me back. She didn't call back. 3/10/09 still no $50. 3/16 still no $50. 3/17 still no $50 & spoke Marilyn. She said she mailed check & I should receive it by Friday. 4/1/09 still no $50. I'm pissed off at this point and asked for a manager, she offered to give me $100. I agreed & she will send check. 4/7 still no $100. Called Marilyn, but not in.

4/8 still no $100 & (3:55pm) Marilyn on break & will call back. She didn't call back. I called her at 4:48pm not in yet. 4/9/09 no $100. 4/13 Monday 3:11pm, no $100 & Marilyn will be back in 20 minutes. At 3:21pm spoke to Marilyn, send to wrong zip code 89149 instead of 89148. She will cancel old check and will overnite new check. 4/15 2:48pm called but on hold until 3:04pm & hanged up. Called at 3:05pm asked for a manager & spoke to Christina Parks.

I told her my story again. She will back me back at 5:15pm. She didn't call back. 4/16 1:47pm called Christina. I'm very pissed off & want my $100 her on Friday. She will call back. She called back, but can't have $100 until 4/18 Saturday morning. She'll call back w/ Fedex tracking#. 4/18 1:30pm no Fedex. Called A& A, but no one in dept.

4/19 check Fedex, but no record of shipment. On 4/20, Monday, I will call & ask for the President of A & A. Please help. I haven't vaccuum my carpet in over 50 days. I'm tired of their bullshit. I can't afford a vaccuum, because my husband & I are unemployed.
