Contracted for two cars to be shipped from Dallas to Seattle. They screwed up the pick-up and the delivery. I spent hours on my cell phone on hold for customer service. Promoted the cars would be 100% insured, damaged in route, failed to provide any compensation for damage to one of the cars.
