A AAAdvantage Auto Transport ripoff, fraudulent representation of services, dishonest management, poor delivery Tempe Arizona

On August 23, 2005 A AAAdvantage Auto Transport, Inc. Charged our credit card $975.00 to pick up and deliver our automobile from Redwood City, CA to Bradenton, FL. This was to take between 7-14 days.

The car was to be picked up on or before August 28, 2005. We did not hear from anyone by August 27, 2005 so we contacted their office to find out the reason. They told us they were unable to meet that date so since we had to depart we made arragements to have the vehicle picked up at a Firestone location on or before September 2, 2005.

We drove across the country and took a vacation in Europe. When we arrived back in the U.S. on September 28th, we called A AAAdvantage Auto Transport, Inc. to find out where the vehicle was. The manager told us it will be delivered on October 3, 2005.

On October 5, 2005 the car was still not delivered. I contacted A AAAdvantage Auto Transport, Inc. again. They informed me the car was still in California and would be delivered until October 15th. It turns out the car was still at the Firestone retail center!!

The vehicle was finally picked up on October 8th. The manager, Jim Sprotte, has now email me with another delivery date of October 20th to a terminal somewhere in St. Petersburg. And does not have an exact date when I will have my vehicle. This is over 60 DAYS since they charged our credit card for a service that was to take 7-14 days.

As of today, October 11, 2005 we don't have a firm delivery date.
