 He ripped me off. He came to the house and took back to his home, my Apple computer to fix it. Before he left I paid him by check. He ran right to the bank and cashed it. Now I know why. So about a week later, he brought it back and handed me my hard drive in my hand, which I found out later, it was not the way to handle a hard drive, besides the fact he did not give me it back in the condition I gave it to him. He tried talking me into getting a new Windows computer because in my opinion, that's all he knows how to repair, maybe!! So now I still have an inoperable $1,500 16" screen Apple computer. So I called in someone else, he took it with him. He returned it and said that David "butchered" the computer. And he said he would never say that about another repairman, but there was a screw rattling around inside and he "tried" to put the screen back on but did a botched job. He said he probably handed me the hard drive because he didn't know how to put it back. David keeps telling me my refund is in the mail and it never is. This has been going on since February of this year. He is not a very honest person, and as far as I am concerned, he stole that money from me. My advice is don't trust him!! And even better, don't use him.
