We hired A All Animal Control (Brian Hillyard) last year, paying them in full for a 2 year service contract to remove a squirrel from our attic, relocate it, and keep more squirrels from entering our home.  They sealed up our home and assured us the squirrel would be caught.  A year later, the squirrel is still in our attic and Brian has stopped returning calls and texts and no longer shows up for scheduled appointments, which he did on numerous occasions. We asked for a partial refund, agreed on a dollar amount with Brian, and we never received a check.  He kept saying he would check with the bank and it was mailed out but that was a month ago.  We spoke to the CEO of the franchise, Josie Moss, and she said she would talk to her attorney but that her hands were basically tied.  We spend over $1400 trying to catch one little squirrel and they failed miserably at doing so and, in the meantime, took off with our money.  Very unethical individuals.
