I wish I would it read this review before purchasing a transmission from them.
I called them to see if they if they had the transmission I was looking for my car, then the Mike, Steve or Chris guy (same person ) said he had it. So I drive all the way to Dallas and asked If I could see the transmission and he told he it was
still on the car. He asked for a $300 deposit. I paid the deposit and I came back on a couple of hours and paid the rest. I got the transmission and I gave it to my mechanic. When my mechanic was going to install it he told me it was the wrong one. So I took it back and they gave me another transmission and was the wrong one again.
I was upset and I demanded my money back and they refuse to give my money back. He told me he would call me on Monday and of course he did not. I've been calling every day and they just give me the round around. So I am without $1300, without a car and owe money I had to borrow for the part. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
I hope someone can help me to get my money back. Businesses like this should not be operating.

Why don't you take them to small claims court? No lawyers are required and it seems that you have an open and shut case. Filing fees are small and can be recovered if you prevail.

Harass them nonstop until they relent and give you your money back. Heck, I will call them a few times myself for you. I HATE people that ripoff others.
