This company only gave me a headache.  Tried to have them ship my vehicle with no response from them after I gave them money.  The contract is written in font 4 and is illegible. They have a certain amount of days to ship it and if we cancel before, then we do not get a refund.  I felt like my car was in prison waiting for it to be released from them so we could get it transported myself.  Which is what we did after the waiting period.  We drove it ourselves and paid the airfare. 
Now the problem is getting our money back.  It is unbelievable how these people do business.  They would tell me I need to talk to their "refund department, and her name is Margarite".  So, I would call when they told me to.  Never was this person available.  So, I wrote emails.  Finally, someone responded back, but did not give me their name.  They just went on to say that I was rude and cursed at their employees.  Which I did not.  I would have liked to but I did not.  I told them to listen to the recorded conversation.  Excuse after excuse, felt like I was running around in circles chasing a ghost.
Margarite is the owner of the company.  She went on with excuse after excuse, even using "her health condition".  She even told me a time to call, which was the following week at noon NY time. So, I did.  She was not there again.  Kathy or Agnes or whatever name they were using at the time told me Margarite would be sending my check at the end of the week (they gave me false names).  I have an email stating the same thing.  That was 2 weeks ago. Still nothing.  This has been going on for months.  Other names of employees : Kathy, Pete, Margarite, Agnes, ???
Very frustrating.  Too much to write, just please do not use them.  Avoid the headache.  Call Dept of Transportation, they might be able to find someone who is legit.  Now it looks like I will have to seek legal help just to get these people to do what they are supposed to do.  How are companies and people like this able to do this?  I do not understand.

Today is Oct 20th...
Still no refund.   The latest BS is now we are waiting for a refund to come in the mail.  They told me that they were going to send it out "certified" last week, and their "attorney" advised them to send it directly to us. Still no signs of it.  It's just another run around.  I will be surprised if it shows up.  I did call their "attorney" who doesn't seem to have any idea as to what is going on. It's just blue knight trying to bully us. 

I'm telling you all....you do not want to go through this headache.  It is very frustrating dealing with people who do not appear to have any business ethic or manners.

Update! Still no good news

Today is Oct 11, 2010.  Still no refund. Not only that, but...
Now it appears that A Blue Knight is threatening me saying they are going to sue me for "slander" because I wrote the truth about my situation with them on the Internet.  They "advised" me that now I need to speak with their lawyer about getting my refund.  More run around.  I gave them the opportunity to send me the refund, and actually believed for a second that they might be true to their word.  I was wrong.  This further clarifies that they had no intention of actually giving me my refund even though "Margarite" specifically stated in an email to me dated Sept 20, 2010 as follows, word for word:

I am marguerite, and I am the one that spoke to you, and as i indicated to you "A REFUND CHECK WILL CUT AND SENT TO YOU THIS WEEK"  whatever day a check is cut you need to allow mail delivery time. The check is cut the end ot the week so it will be the following week that you will be receiving the check naturally.

I know there are several other people who have gone through this with these people.  I am willing to share information with you so please do not hesitate to contact me.  They have gone too far.
