 I have won more than one case against your company with the state of Michigan and I have repeatedly tried contacting your company for payment and have not received a single phone call, email, or text in response. Time and time you have gone out of your way to ignore me . I do also have first hand knowledge that you did not have workman comp insurance as I was on a jobsite where an employee was injured and had to pay out of pocket for medical treatment and prescriptions. I have proof of the practices and that is not slandering or defaming when the accusations are true.

My name is Jordan Locklear and to this day mike Kennedy is ripping people off, I watched him do it to more than one employee...  It's been over a couple weeks now for me. I've had this guy tell me he's going to pay me every day for 2 weeks . In the end I only got $100 out of the 5 i was promised sadly. If u can avoid this guy I would advise you to do so. Don't let him fool you a company is the last thing this guy has.

Make m accountable and stop running your mouth with empty threats.  You and I both know you will lose in the end.  Changing your company name on voicemail will not help as I will make sure you consistently lose business due to your unethical practices, and irresponsible nature.  You prove me right with each lame attempt to defend your disgusting actions and poor business practice.  Put down the bottle long enough to take care of your responsibilities and your problems will begin to go away.

Really? Thats all you have to say? Still no word from you, nor your real name.  Do you know how  easy it is for someone to write several reports, pretending to be different people? Well, obviously you do, since upon requesting IP addresses from ROR (this site) they all are pointing to one location. You have written 3 reviews about me and my company, 1 being a customer that I ripped off for $800, another 1 that I ripped off for $1,300.00 and now this one, that you worked for me, so which one is it? You can't be all three now can you? are all 100% true! I myself have been ripped off as well as 5 other employees that have worked for MIKE KENNEDY OF PRENTISS ST. HARRISON TWP.

Mike Kennedy also has been reported to the BBB and the IRS for (((REDACTED))) and also the (((REDACTED))).

The worst part is that MIKE KENNEDY ripps off home-owners!

He personally collects large downpayments from painting estimates..and NEVER COMES BACK!

I know of at least 7 home owners and companies MIKE KENNEDY "A BRUSH ABOVE PAINTING" HAS RIPPED OFF..He also works for another ripp off company that owns a hair solon i will post the info about the scam they are both running very soon as the investigation goes forward.

I do not know who filed this complaint, as you have used your name as being Cheated.  If you really wanted to get paid for work you supposably did, why would you not use your real name?

Why would you clearly state that you worked 7 jobs without pay, and then finally quit? That makes no sense, why would you work more than 1 job without getting paid? Come on, you are clearly lieing.

You go on to say that I am uninsured, as an x-employee, how would you know if I am insured or not? This is NEVER something I discuss with employees. I can attach copy of my insurance to this complaint, if necessary.

I have been in business for over 25 years, I obviously do not provide sub standard work, my company would not be still doing business if that were even remotely true.  I would never tell a customer they needed 2 coats of paint when they only would receive 1.  The money difference from 1 coat to 2 coats is so minimal, that this statement is ridiculous.

My business practices are ethical, honest and fair.  I proud myself on providing my customers with the utmost of customer satisfaction, and all work carries a warranty, which most professional painting contractors do not guarantee their work.  Again, customer satisfaction is my top priority, that is why I have been in business for 25 + years.

If you feel that you are owed money for 7 jobs that you performed for my business, then I would suggest that you contact me directly to discuss payment, but, the reason you have not done this is because you are not telling the truth.  

Slander and defermation are against the Law, which is why you are hiding behind a fake name.  Again, if you truely worked for me, you are advised to contact my office to discuss this situation, or how about a court case filed against me? No, you went on a website and wrote a fake complaint about my company. That makes no sense either.  This website will not help you obtain your money that you claim you are owed.

Until I hear from you, I advise you to cease making false complaints about my company and its practices.
