A-Check America Lost me a job due to ineptness; couldn't even verify my High School, within 2 weeks said on many occasions they had everything only to find out they didn't, and eventually they tried to force me to get Tax Receipts - first time in 16 years of background checks that they couldn't do the job? Wonder how I got all the other jobs? Answer: I couldn't have if I hadn't worked them all. Riverside California

 They cost me a job.  in 3 weeks i was told that they had everything by one of their employees on numerous occasions, they couldn't even get my High school verified.  Their ineptness and using (possibly offshore) poor resources that had difficulty speaking clear english or understanding what was occuring postponed the process as well.  The answer always seemed to be for me to go and provide them with Tax Returns, they couldn't do what other background check companies had done for 16 years?  I have worked doing the same type of work for 16 years and never ever had ANY problems until now.  Poor service, poorly represents the company that hired them (the recruiting agency- they tried to facilitate and couldn't get the job done either), and finally cost me the job. I wish that I had the hiring manager so that I could send her this as well - it reflected poorly on me but the blame should go to the owners of the failure - A-Check America.
