 THIS PLACE IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND THEIR QUALITY OF WORK IS EXTREMELY POOR! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR GARMENTS AND OFFER ZERO SATISFACTION! FIND A DIFFERENT DRY CLEANERS, BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! I brought my black suit (worn only once) to A+ Cleaners (Cross Keys Location, on Lindbergh in Florissant) on Wednesday because I needed it for a funeral on Saturday. Upon getting dressed on Saturday morning, I found the pants zipper broken. I called A+ Cleaners on Monday morning and spoke with Gail. She told me they’re not responsible for damages, but agreed to take my name and phone number for a customer service manager to return my call. When I tried to add something to the conversation, she hung up on me. Later that day I received a phone call from Tara, who was extremely rude, and blamed the damage to something that “must have happened after your garments left our store”. She offered a $10 credit for future use, but I declined since I won’t be bringing my garments there anymore. She refused to refund my money and refused to offer any satisfaction to me as a customer. She refused to provide me the owner’s name and contact information. She then also hung up on me like Gail did earlier that day. The only reason I have been giving them my business is because they are close to where I live. They are always extremely rude, and they do a very poor job on my suits. They are always returned wrinkled, full of lint, and the linings of two of my suit coats have been destroyed. Upon researching A+ Cleaners today, I found that they have a grade of “F” with the Better Business Bureau, and extremely poor reviews online such as Google and Yelp. I will never waste my money on this poor excuse for a dry cleaners. These people are RUDE and do EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY WORK. One way or another, I WILL be getting my money back.
