this is the email exchange i had with "tina tuttle". i weighed my dog and provided the additional information as requested. i was told it would take longer since the vest was being constructed in florida. after several unanswered inquiries i sent a request for a refund last week. this email address is no longer active.
i am 70 years old with balance problems. I get $860 social security to live on so this purchase is very big and important to me. i am having trouble with paypal. i would like to pay you either with my visa or with a check or with a money order from the bank. may i please do this...i have copied what i wish to have. my doctor recommended this and i have a german shepherd who was partially trained for police work but he does not have the disposition for it. i think he will do quite well as a service dog because he is quite obedient and gentle. i do not have a phone. i can be contacted by email.
