we do not charge 600 for documents that is a lie .  Mr.Hagan is obviously having problems in his life and is taking it out on our company and victimizing us .

I think  Mr.Hagen should seek out medical attention instead of making up stories and damages companies reputations.

Again this company is lying.... The court clerk said the forms were never accepted by my county clerk, the counties forms have not been updated or changed in over 4 yrs, more than enough time for A Divorce be phone  to have made their updates.  They are worthless no matter what they claim.
Notice how anyone who claims they were ripped off by this company is labelled as a liar.
MY TURN TO POINT OUT THE TRUE LIARS!

The Fact is that their 100% Gauarantee doesn't give a time limit until you agreed to their payment terms.  The payment schedule agreed to in my contract was four 4 payments, and they took them out in 3 (without my permission). The worst part is their forms are not accepted by my court.  These are all provable facts !!!!!

They can claim they are professional and do everything above board but they are the Liars.  Notice all the complaints on the internet about them?  They cannot possibly claim that their forms are acceptable, because I have PROOF they're not.  They didn't offer to send the right forms, if they even have any.  Where is their guarantee???  Its easy for the company to call the little guy a liar, Iad babble on about their professionalism.  If I'm lying in any way, challeng them to sue me.
 They have given me 3 different addresses: one in New York, one in Wyoming, and now they claim to be in Vegas. 
A red flag for a dishonest business is not giving their address on their website.

All my claims are provable.  I challenge them to prove the forms they sent me are usable by my court or that they sent me a refund. They can't.  I can.  All they are doing is diverting the attention away from themselves.  If you actually believe them, then go ahead and use their services. If u want to get proper forms with detailed instructions spend $30 for the Divorce Book at Barnes and Noble - The books contain the right for forms for your state with line by line instructions and ARE ACCEPTED by your court.  $30 for good forms vs. $644 for worthless forms.  Of course you still have to pay filing fees in BOTH cases. 

All their rebuttal has accomplished with me is to steel my resolve to educate the the public with the TRUTH.  I urge anyone else who has been scammed by them to post their stories.

That means decoding the rules and proceedures of the court ,if these rules and proceedures  are not followed properly the divorce will not be granted.

This customer is not telling the truth ,we have disclosed what the service is about , but it is clear that the person complaining is not interested in the truth.
