A+ Gentle Dental Of Oceanside Ripoff, fraudulent, charged a credit card exhorbitant fee for services not rendered Oceanside California

On July 2, 2004 I went to A+ Gentle Dental for an exam. While in the chair and after giving me the news that my teeth were in very bad shape, they told me that I would need a deep cleaning in the amount of $6128. - but the good news was I was approved for $4500. with Care Credit/GE Capital Con CC and they would charge $3128. to Care Credit and $3000. to Delta Dental. They took advantage of my fear in dentists and my embarassment at the state of my teeth. This was on the Friday of the July 4th weekend. I spoke with many people over the weekend with REPUTABLE dentists that advised that deep root cleaning only should cost approx. $600-$700. On Tuesday, July 6th I called AND PUT IN WRITING to A+ Gentle Dental to cancel all charges to this credit card as I did not want to proceed with them. I also wrote to Care Credit and advised same as well as supplying them with a copy of my letter to A+ Gentle Dental. It has been 3 months and no one will return my call from the Dental office with regard to reversing these charges and it is now adversely affecting our credit. I need some help please!
