Mr. Kent Heitzinger is an attorney and owner of many balloon company alias'. He is well aware of the laws that allow him to take your money, and run, yet never give you the balloon ride that you pay for.
THE ONLY WAY TO GET A REFUND FOR THIS SCAM IS TO SUE IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT. YOU CANNOT WIN BY USING THE BBB, THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OR CALLING/EMAILING. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS, AND MR HEITZINGER IS A DISGRACE TO CALL HIMSELF AN ATTORNEY. HE IS NOTHING MORE THAN A WHITE COLLAR THIEF!
Sue the company, and you can get your money back. Trust me - he does not want to waste his time in your county court, and making him appear is costing him more. You will get court costs, and he will have to pay more.
