Scoot Bakhit did our roof almost 2 years ago after a hail storm. Well about a month ago we had 40 mile an hour winds and it just blew the shingles off. He refuses to fix it and the insurance company refuses to do anything because the roof should be under warranty. They also said that the shingles were not properly installed and that is why they did't hold up to 40 mile an hour winds. I then contacted the the manufacture of the shingles. They sent a Representative out and they confirmed that the shingles were installed wrong. Scott Bakhit still refuses any liability. This is the 3rd roof i n this town that has problems. Off to court we go. But in the mean time my roof is leaking like crazy. Stay away from this guy.
