On 20 October 2013 A. Luvara advertised on gumtree his "mothers" diamond ring. Stated diamond had tested positive as a diamond. I paid through the internet to his NAB bank account in Manly NSW Australia. Once he received the money I could not contact him again.
The ring sent, after persistant messages left on his phone, was glass and was tested as glass by a qualified gemologist.
A. Luvara has scammed two other people that I know of and I am in contact with them. Even though the phone number is correct he never answers it and it goes to voice mail. He uses a P.O. Box so no one knows his real address.
All we want is our money back and see him with a criminal conviction.
Hopefully no one else runs in to this piece of excrement but he is still out there.
