Believe all the reports you read on this site about this company, they are bold face liars who claim to have products in stock on their web site, at really low prices but when you try to purchase them they try to switch you over to a higher priced piece or try selling you "extras" which are included per the manufacturer but they insist are not! When you refuse, they simply tell you, the item isn't in stock and we are not going to sell it to you now!

I tried ordering a Panasonic Digital Camcorder, PV-GS400 which they showed at $100 less then anyone else. Their site said, In Stock, Order Now, so I did. I then get told via an email that I have to call them to "verify" the order. After spending 15 minutes trying to get them on the phone, I finally reach a sales person who makes me repeat back everything I entered on-line. Ok, no big deal, I am glad to give them this information again. But then, the REAL REASON for the "Verification" call starts.

I get told I really need to buy a battery and a charger for this camcorder otherwise it will be useless to me. I ask, why do I need to buy one when it comes with one, per the manufacturers web site of included accessories (www.panasonic.com) clearly states a battery is included. The salesman tells me, No, it isn't and I need to purchase one if I want to use the camcorder. So, I tell him NO, I am going with the manufacturers site which says there will be one and I will wait and see if one comes in the box or not. He begins to get aggrevated with me, at this point and tells me why don't I just buy the Sony piece he has on special and comes with a battery and is only $125 more then the one I want. I tell him NO, I want what I ordered and am not interested in anything else and that I had already did the research and knew for certain that I wanted the Panasonic piece. He then again goes into the pitch about needing a battery and I quickly stop him and say I already told you NO and that this call was suppose to be a "verification" call only to verify my credit card information and not a sales call in which he is going to try and sell me something I do not want.

At this point, he clearly can see I am not going to be switched or pay extra for a battery that both he and I know is included, so he comes out and says, well then the item is not in stock and he isn't expecting any more anytime soon and he is canceling my order and hangs up.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THEM, THEY WILL NOT DELIVER ANYTHING SHOWN ON THEIR SITE AT THE PRICE THEY SHOW. UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO BE RIPPED OFF AND PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT IS ALREADY INCLUDED OR BE SWITCHED INTO A PIECE YOU DO NOT WANT, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY WILL NOT SELL YOU WHAT THEY SHOW ON THEIR SITE AT THE PRICE THEY SHOW.
