False advertisement, make you think prices are low, but do NOT let you know the Products are imports and are NOT ENGLISH, I order the product and was e-mail to call back. When I did, he confirmed my info and was ask if I had any questions? I asked whether this was an English version, he replied NO, didn't I read the second page and while I was searching the website and told him I couldn't find it in the second Paragragh of the second page. He replied " I'll cancel your order and how many times are you going to asked about English on this camcorder. The only way he would know this is, I put the question on 2 other orders...that were all cancelled..
