Ordered printer cartridges 12-15-02, real time availability 33 in stock. 12-16-02 Recieved E-Mail, order processed and in fulfillment. Needless to say 12 days later order still in fulfillment. No tracking number waiting to be processed. My credit card was charged 12-16-02. Tried to cancel order via the website, can't cancel order in fulfillment. No 800 number for customer service, automated E-Mail address. No way to contact these people, except for toll call. They sent me a survey asking about the product and the service. A classic RIP OFF in my eyes, BEWARE
