Marko from eSupplyBox is the only contact, all communication is funneled through their one e-mail sales@esupplybox.com, the toll-free number has three options which all go to voicemail.  THIS PEOPLE ARE PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS!

Ordered a scanner which took 8 weeks, yes 8 weeks before being told it was sent to the wrong country.  When the scanner arrived finally it was a used scanner, upon returning the scanner the company assured me a credit would go back on the card used to purchase the scanner, after 2 months a search by the bank yielded no attempt from them to issue a refund.  DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL CRIMINALS!
