ordered a solar birdbath fountain...paid thru paypal...money has been debited from my bank account...I have NOT received my order. Have tried calling the number found on google...I get a voice message that states they're not open ... their hours are 7:30am to 4pm Mon-Fri. Eastern time

I have called during the that time and still getting the same message...you have no option to leave a message...it just hangs up.
