Stephen Marcus, his wife, and Steven Stark are ULTIMATE SCUMBAGS that screws families and employees out of their money.  They stole thousands from us and hid like a little slimeball weasels.   Their are hundreds of customers they collected money from in debt management plans and they kept the money and didn't pay the consumers bills.  Marcus and his scumbags are committing federal and state crimes.  I am calling the FBI, the FTC, IRS, and the financial crimes unit in Fort Lauderdale.

Marcus, his wife, Steven Stark,Fran Parra, Elvis Tavares, Steven S. Stark, Algerette Banyas, and Melinda Digrado deserve to rot in jail.  They are money grubbing selfish snakes who profit at the expense of others.  YOU WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH THIS YOU SCUMBAGS!!!
