A warrant for Shannon Adams' arrest has been placed in Fulton County, GA. If you have information of her location please contact Fulton County Police as soon as possible at 404-613-3005. It is time to get her off the streets and teach her a lesson! An update will be given once she is caught and arrested.

We all know that only thing Shannon Adams is good at is TRYING TO BE SOMEONE ELSE!   These so called "events" that she did, but the only pictures you have were ONE pathetic pciture that was taken in someones living room?!  Come on, lets do better then that!   Oh and lets not getting started on the first post that was Shannon Adams put up.   If you are gonna getting one of you flunkies to do your dirty work, at least get one that has made something higher then a "C" in English....

My fiance was contacted by a young lady that read our report and stated that she had hired Shannon Adams for her wedding planner.   Shannon Adams came to her house, my apologizies was BROUGHT to her house (Shannon Adams does not drive or own a vehicle.....smh) and proceeded to create centerpieces from items in a box that she brought with her. She lied and told the young lady that she doesnt drive because she has a four month old baby that has seizures!   No you are just fat, and that is not baby fat, that is her inabliity to put down a fork.  But lets continue.... the young lady stated that her faince looked at the box and noticed it had a name AND address AND phone number on it....whose?  Thats right OURS.   In her attempt to continue to steal, this woman took the items that we paid for and was attempting to use to use it for someone else.   I wonder what lie she is going to come up with to explain how a COMPLETE STRANGER contacted us out the blue and has possession of OUR merchandise in their home.....Nonetheless the couple got hip to her game and have tried to cancel and get back the money they gave her....but of course Shannon Adams does what she does best, she ducked and dodged them and refused them a refund.

Secondly, she put the venue for our wedding in her name, again LYING and stated she was the bride. and has requested a refund, athough we paid for the venue ourselves.   Not to mention the $700 for the rehearal dinner that SHE never paid for and HAS YET TO PROVIDE PROOF.  So she is attempting to pocket the $1300 that once again WE PAID FOR.

Vendors still are not checking out with the exception of one, who stated that she OWES him MONEY!   WOW!

This woman is truly living in a fantasy world, a world where she beleives her own lies.   "BE GOOD, OR BE GOOD AT IT"  You still money from people but you cant afford a car?  You cant afford your own residence?  Still waiting on that "LAWYER" to contact us.  

The whole she is digging is getting BIGGER AND BIGGER by the day and by the dollar.  Every dollar is more tick in the FELONY CHARGE column.   I wish I could be a fly on the wall on December 1, 2014.   Thats IF she shows up.    But either way, JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED.

(a) A person commits the offense of theft by conversion when, having lawfully obtained funds or other property of another including, but not limited to, leased or rented personal property, under an agreement or other known legal obligation to make a specified application of such funds or a specified disposition of such property, he knowingly converts the funds or property to his own use in violation of the agreement or legal obligation. This Code section applies whether the application or disposition is to be made from the funds or property of another or from the accused's own funds or property in equivalent amount when the agreement contemplates that the accused may deal with the funds or property of another as his own. Punishable by 1 to 10 years in prison

Theft by conversion: Georgia theft by conversion means that you took someone’s money to apply it in some manner for them, such as a deposit or payment, and instead you used it for your own purposes. For example, an officer or an employee of a government or financial institution does not apply your payment to the intended account, but rather, pockets the money for their own use. In addition, Georgia theft by conversion also applies to rental property that you are using; if you do not return such property when the owner demands it back then you have committed theft by conversion.

Shannon Adams was my wedding planner and I am so happy I went with her. Her designs was amazing. My event theme was a Magical night of Love. My colors were peacock blue, purple and emerald green. It was a pleasure to work with her. Our budget was 8500.00 the centerpieces were goregous. We got so many compliments on our special day. My friends and family were very pleased. We saw the comments that were added and I have to admit we were skeptical but she did meet us with samples and allowed us to attend a previous event. So we saw her work up close and personal for ourselves. I am so glad that we had the opportunity to work with Ms. Adams and we have reffered her to other friends, who are having events. My wedding was this past November 1, 2014. I hate that she is being bad mouthed. Every table was so detailed even down to the cocktail tables. We still have those centerpieces. I am giving them to my boss to use at her 40th birthday party. I would recommend anyone to use her wedding services and  party services. She is planning my husbands Falcons theme party can't wait to see how this turns out.

Hi, my name is Amber Settles my wedding was this October 17,2014. I an the fourth person in my family to use Shannon Adams, very single day ITF our wedding process was a pleasure. She was very informative. Our budget was 25,000. From the look book to the samples were on point. She took our vision to the next level. She was a great help. The very ndors were timely and considerate. Her staff was very pleasant. The invites LaShana Harris did were a huge hit. The tables were decorated gorgeously in pink peoniescaand hydrangeas. We were hands on in every aspect. She never rejected a call or email. We reached out to her sometimes in ye middle of the night.

She did three table centerpiece samples throughout the process. She made the day of a smooth success. Our venue was gorgeous. The drapery if the walls and ceiling with those 30in hydrangea balls were mind blowing. She took me and my wedding party into consideration. The day of we all had personalized thank you gifts. It bought a smile to my face. At consultations she was on point. She knew all about wedding  trends and was hands on with set up and break down. She made sure our experience was the best. Even the decor of the rehearsal dinner was on point. My bridal shower was Tiffany and Company themed.

Even the waybour bridal suite was set up was so cute. It was decorated shabby chic. All the girls had personalized hangers and bags with their bridal makeup inside. My mom even gave her a extra tip at breakdown. She exceeded our expectation. I hate she being be Little's on line. But far as my experience and other family members. She will be forever in out event database and she has our referrals. We will be sending customers her way. Pink Dreams wdidva beautiful job from start to finish. I will continue to recommend her to others. In the end our wedding cost came to 21,387.67 out of the 25,000 budget we set.

I have proof and documentation from every vendor and we are looking forward to court proceedings to countersuit and offer the 15% cancellation of the initial fee that the client signed and agreed.to on August 24,2014. No invoices were false.and O look forward to proving myself in court. Secondly I have notarized statements from every vendor for these clients wedding. 

*****Shannon Adams is a Thief and A Liar******

Even when caught red handed Shannon Adams continues to lie and steal from unsuspecting couples.  As stated in a previous report, Shannon Adams was hired to plan our wedding for 18 April 2015.   It was soon discovered that after contacting vendors that she had actually NOT paid them and stole the money that was given to her:

• We were to pay 40% of our budget as a down payment.  This as stated in the contract was to pay for the venue and decorations such as linen. This is COMPLETELY seperate from her fees which were 12% of the budget.  ($15000 x 12%= $1800)   This was not the case at all.  
• $1578 was given to Shannon Adams for draperies.  The receipt indicated payment to a Mrs. Geri Sims, a well known person who does draperies.  We contacted Mrs. Sims, and she indicated to us that in she briefly discussed with Shannon Adams about doing our event but was never paid.  So where did that money go?  You guessed it she pocketed it.  But the receipt showed paid.....thats right she FORGED Mrs. Geri Sims name on the receipt.
• $700 was given to Shannon Adams to secure Shamrock Community Use Building for the rehearsal dinner on 17 April 2015.   Contacted the venue discovered that had not been paid.   But once again, Shannon edited the contract to show that it had been.   Money yet again pocketed.  
• Money was given to the DJ for services, contacted him and......yep he had not been paid for DJ services but for something else.
• S&K Events is a real company that Shannon Adams uses fraudalently.  When given the number to the FAKE S&K Events by Shannon Adams some guy picked up the phone and when asked for his address, he immediately disconnected the call..........weird.   But yet again a FAKE RECEIPT was produced to show paid......another $800 unaccounted for.  
• Shannon Adams was given money orders totally well over $1000 to purchase linens, centerpieces and decorations that was supposedly ordered "ONLINE" but she unable to produce any invoices, order confirmations or receipts? Why, because she didnt order them, she stole that money as well.  
• Shannon Adams went as far as to borrow $500 for a personal loan because her roommate supposedly STOLE HER PORTION OF THE RENT.  That was never repaid.
• Contacted the Florist for the event and although she was paid, she informed us that was the correct quote.  Shannon Adams quoted $1800, but the actually cost was $1300.  Guess she was gonna steal that extra $500 too.  
• The vendor for the chairs (Whites Rentals) was also paid, but explained how she owes him money from previous events where she got over on him and how she continues to dodge him to avoid paying him.  
• It was later discovered that she put everything in her name, not the name of my fiance or me  Apparently to make the process of stealing more money easier in the event we cancelled.  
• Her contract is full of holes and at times does not make any sense, specifically to refunds and cancellations.
• We were  contacted on 25 Oct 2014 by a couple who also hired Shannon Adams.   They got our contact information (name, address, and phone number) from a box of decorations what we had ordered and she refused to return.  Shannon Adams is using the items we paid for other events.   We spoke to the couple and explained to them the situaion and was able to get them out of this before it got as bad as it was for us.   

When confronted about these transactions, She lied and said changed vendors (If she did why werent we informed?)  Shannon Adams well threaten to contact her attorney (which she does not have).  She changed her phone number and email address.   (Why is she running?).   She is anything but honest and will try her best to try to get over on you anyway she can.  She does not drive but will expect you take her everywhere.   When we request refunds she stalled and came up with excuse after excuse to the point where she completely refused to give us back our money or the things we ordered.  Wants to come to your house and "hang out" and bascially just eats up your food. 

Because of everything she has done, criminal charges for theft by conversion have been filed with the Fulton County Magistrate Court as well as Civil proceedings as well as Fraud, Identify Theft, and Impersonation with the Brookhaven Police Department.   Complaints have been also issued with the Better Business Bureau here in Atlanta for investigation  There are other reviews in which Shannon Adams has done the same thing to other couples:

We have kept all the receipts and all documentation and will be willing to explain this to anyone who may question are circumstances or the validity of our claims   We also have the names and numbers of the vendors who were supposedly "PAID" but were not.  To include Geri Sims, the woman whose name was forged by Shannon Adams.  

I may not see a cent of the money she stole, but seeing her being walked away in handcuffs will be exactly what she deserves.  

From day one I have been open and honest. The client gave me a budget of 15,000 out of the 15,000. The client bought a 4,000 wedding dress plus accessories. I then created a budget be fitting that. Certain vendors I changed and used lower. Vendors to accomadate the. Budget. I even paid for certain items out of pocket. Which I did not regain back from the client ts. They would involve me in their relationship waking me up and breaking up at twelve times over the 56 days I worked as their planner. They verified each vendors and every vendor admitted to full payment

 I saved them 1200.00 from TLC rents. Over 2200 on floral cost and an additional 1500 bY switching drapery companies, to a cheaper vendor who was Willing to cover more space for the clients. Budget. Also the clients mate picked out everything for her wedding and went to all vendor meetings we could attend unless I was authorized to make sound  budget. Alls. The clients fired me over a friend texting lies anout me not because I didn't do my job. Also I again used person.money to book a bridal shower venue, pay for Catering, bridal hair and certain decor aspects. I even lowered my rates if service because they wanted a friend discount. Also I have a signed contract that States if a client cancels they are only entitled to a 15% refund and can be billed for the days if service not covered in the initial deposit. I worked faithfully for 56  days creating a floor plan, design plan, mailing save the dates, meeting vendors, arranging the ceremony and wedding program. Creating a reception seating chart and design layout. I was open with all vendors and was given the authority to choose vendors that met the budget standards. Also while planning the couple added to the guest count and got upset that the amount of decor would change because the guest count increased. I worked hands on with the couple every weekend for 56 days. I was sent a email for dissolution of service, not because I didn't do my job, but because of he say she say of someone who was not even relevant to their event. 

Secondly I was hired to be a event planner and designer not a relationship therapist and conselour. It was many times I was involved in matters that had nothing to do with  wedding services, but I never complained. I just fixed their problems. I am not Iyana fix my life.

Thirdly everything was handled within the guidelines if the signed contract. And I followed all set guidelines.

Now because they can only get a 15% refund they are trying to defirmate my character as a Hunan being and a business. When the logistics are as clear set on the contract

The venue for these clients is still in my name and hasn't been changed.

I am glad that I have seen this post and was able to set the recird straight the clients did not give me 15,000 and every single vendor was paid inbtge amount if 6620.00 and are willing to still provide services.

Again cancellation states 15% of the initial deposit. Which means they are allowed a refund if 993.00 which I said I was more than willing to give upon proper documentation being signed and official cancellation in writing and notarized not emailed and no valid proof of refund. I was willing to refund in the presence of my attorney so that everything could be documented properly. And I haven't heard from these clients concerning cancelling in proper terms and not writing lies and derogatory statements on social media sites and writing my clients who have nothing to do with their event.
