My landlord hired the above referenced plumbing out fit to find the source of a water leak. Was told that the "safety" drain was blown by a clog in the main line of the bathroom and that it was flushed out. There is still a leak. This is not the issue-the landlord at the same time requested a valve body and shower head to be replaced-they replaced the old fixture put in one that the was purchased by the landlord-had the landlord check the work and get paid-than after the landlord left they went back in and changed the exterior fixtures to the old shower head-now there is leaking occuring in the wall and the hot water is shut off and not coming out of the shower head. The company told the landlord that they have cellphone pix of what they installed and would be willing to sign an Affidavit for the work. An all female household without the tools or the knowledge could not have switched as the company has alleged-however, the plumbers were the last one that did the work-and they refuse to even fix the water supply issue-let alone return the shower head that they took off the from their initial install. The landlord additionally said that unless the tenant comes up with another 500 dollars for another service call the tenant has to suffer with cold water only in a shower (there are two children with severe health problems) in this household. A Plumbers Now is not reliable nor should they be used for any work. This is the third time out to this apartment to do work that was inferior and costly.
