This company (if you can call it that) called me in early 2016 and asked if I would like to try some free magazines along with me winning a prize of a watch and all I had to do was pay shipping and handling, I verbally agreed to paying this fee in order to obtain the free watch and trail magazines; they said that I would not be obligated to renew after the trial.

I get these magazines a month or so later along with a crappy watch, I should of known better and believed I felt that I fell into a scam so I quickly canceled that card and was able to speak to someone and advised them I wanted to cancel the trail or whatever they were trying to charge me for. She stated that she could not accept my verbal cancelation because it was not in a 30 day window, where was this even written or stated?

Never obtained a contract in writing or terms and conditions. Come to find that they automatically got me into a 30 month contract at $39.90 per month and billing me for these! I did not know I was agreeing to this portion, only shipping for the watch I won! This is a scam that is so smoothly perpetrated you don't even know you are being scammed until after the fact!

Then when you try to get out of any more renewals they put you onto another company that has to do that and they try to get you to agree that you agreed to the contract before they will cancel renewal and you go around in circles trying to get them to understand that you never agreed to this contact in the first place.

It has been a nightmare dealing with them and I want to sue them so much so that I have no had an attorney review what I asked for via email from their "collections" so far per the attorney there is nothing sustainable here for collections or this company running the scam! I WAS ADVISED IMMEDIATELY DO NOT HAND OVER ANY INFORMATION and to let them know their information has been turned over to counsel.

I have tried to contact all 3 to cancel and they all tell me I cannot cancel due to my verbal agreement, which they have never played back to me, I asked for this since there is no written contract and wanted to provide this my attorney, again this is not a legit credit collector.

Magazine Services of America 800-476-3053 Magazine 800-481-1388 Readers Source 800-725-1729 When I call Readers Choice (which shows up on my statement as Magazine) at 800-481-1388 all I get is a recording that says to leave a message.

I have received over 100+ calls on my cell from many diff numbers demanding payment from various collection companies all asking for different amounts owed, such a horrible scam.
