My husband contracted Security Moving (http://www.securitymoving.com) because it was a reasonable price of $600,00 and they said it would take
only 3 to 5 days for our stuff to arrive in Florida. When they got to our home, they said it would be $1540,00 plus tip and we would have to pay cash only. We were not expecting that but my husband accepted. (i forgot to mention that the only furniture we had was a crib, a desk chair, a small bookshelf , 4 wall pictures and a train table.) They did not make an inventory for us.

Anyway, our stuff arrived here in Florida on 08/11, my husband had to leave for work and I was home with 2 kids. I told they to put some things in a room and that they could use the other room if they needed to. They stuffed everything in the single room to a point where I could not even enter the room and check to see if everything was ok. When i was finally able to get into the room (long after they left), I noticed that many things were missing. I called the home office immediately, and they said they would call the driver. I got no updates from them after that.

After many phone calls, the home office (a guy by the name of 'Tom') said that they are working on locating the stuff that was missing and that they had found my husband's golf clubs. He told me that the rest of the stuff was probably at other customer's place and he could do nothing about it unless the customer called him back to let him know they received something that didn't belong to them. (Doesn't Security Moving have his customer's phone number to call them????). Tom told me that some people just don't care (or choose to keep other people's stuff) and all I could do was wait and hope.

My husband sent them many emails over the past couple months, and they continually replied back by saying that his golf club were on the way. They are still not here....3 months later.

I was forced to have my baby sleep in my bed with me for over a month because they lost (well, stole) his mattress. They also stole 2 expensive paintings that belonged to my husband's grandmother, who recently passed
away.

They also stole a lot of my baby's toys.

We are launching a full frontal attack on this company and will not rest until they go down. Anyone who wishes to join us in smothering these losers, post a comment here and we will add you to our small army.
