A+ Shade Screens L.L.C. I called Rick Atkison about building a screen wall for my unit @ Sundance RV park in Casa Grande. Casa Grande Arizona

We moved into Unit 341 at Sundance RV park in Casa Grande in November 2016. I called A+ Shade Screens for an estimate on building a sun screen for my carport.  The owner, Rick Atkison and another man, showed up on 11/5/16 and gave us an estimate of $600.00. I gave him a check (#8144) for $300.00 as a deposit with the remainder due on completion of work. The check was cashed within a week. 

We left Casa Grande on November 21, 2016 and would be returning on mid-December.  Our agreement with Rick Atkison was he would have the work done on or before December 15, 2016.  We called him on a regular basis to keep in touch as to the progress of the work but he would never return our calls.

We arrived in Casa Grande on December 15th, 2016 to find no work done at Unit 341.  We immediately called Rick Atkison but the voice mail was always full.  We went to the business address and found it closed with two trucks sitting outside the business.  There was a travel trailer sitting at the business address and eventually a woman named Youlanda came out and denyed any knowledge of where Rick Atkinson was and said "he had personal problems."

We have continued to call the phone numbers and occasionally I am able to leave a message.  I went to the business yesterday, 12/21/16, and found a recycling business operating in one of the garages.  The owner said he sees Rick Atkinson from time to time but feels he is avoiding the landlord and the best time to catch Rick Atkinson is very early in the morning.

We went to the business at 7:00 a.m. this morning, 12/22/16 and both business trucks are gone.  The travel trailer is still on the property.
