HIRED 12/5/2009 FROM 7PM TO 11:30PM FOR A COMPANY CHRISTMAS PARTY IN IRVING, TX. RYAN THE COMP. REP. ASSURED ME PAYMENT OF $235.00 IN A CHECK. WE NEVER RECIEVED PAYMENT. CONTACTED HIM SEVERAL TIMES BUT ALWAYS SAID PAYROLL IS BACKED UP. CONTINUED CALLING THE 1800 NUMBER ADVERTIZED ON THEIR WEBSITE BUT MY NUMBER(S) WAS BLOCKED. BEWARE!!!!!

I haven't been paid for gigs from 2008. I called them regularly and the suddenly the phone was disconnected. After 3 days of trying with the disconnected phone, I started e-mailing daily and finally got a call from John Kruer. He tried to tell me that the phone was only disconnected for a couple of hours...though I called for 3 days. None of that mattered, because he came up with yet ANOTHER excuse for not paying me. This time it was that he didn't know if he was paid for the gigs or not and couldn't pay me until he found out. What a businessman!!!
As someone who never got paid for their gigs since 2008, I can honestly tell you not to hold your breath. I did contact the officer in the Lexington, KY police department who is doing an investigation and he did respond to me immediately.
