TO ANYONE WHO HAS BOOKED DJ SERVICES OR VIDEO SERVICES FROM "A SOLID GOLD SOUND"

If you have paid for your services in full, in advance.....you have been RIPPED OFF!!

If you are a DJ or videographer who has not been paid for their time/services...You will NEVER get paid!!

 I am a DJ from Syracuse,NY and I have still NOT been paid for a wedding I DJ'ed for them in September of 2009. I have received SEVERAL e-mails from people who have also been ripped off by this so-called "business".

I recently checked their website and to no surprise....IT HAS BEEN TAKEN DOWN!! I also tried calling their toll free number 18662301993 and.....SURPRISE.....IT IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE!!

So....I say to anyone who has booked DJ/Video Services with "A Solid Gold Sound" ......find a replacement LOCAL DJ/Videographer A.S.A.P. that is reputable in your town. Keep in mind that a LEGITIMATE DJ/VIDEOGRAPHER will be willing to MEET YOU IN PERSON at their LOCAL OFFICE. A legitimate DJ will only require a small deposit to hold your special date/time for your event.

I am asking anyone who has been ripped off by this piece of sh*t company to PLEASE JOIN ME in a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against the owner RON DOYLE a.k.a.: RON DANIELS as well as any other individuals (Ryan & JD) involved in perpetrating this scam of ripping people off and stealing valuable time/services from LEGITIMATE hard-working professionals. Any replies to my post will automatically be forwarded to me through "Ripoff Report". This has now turned into a Criminal Case since hundreds of people either have been or will be affected by these scam artists. This scam has taken place in several cities in over 20 states which now makes it a FEDERAL CASE.

They think that by disconnecting their phones and taking down their website that they will NOT be caught....well they've got another thing coming.....they WILL GET CAUGHT and they WILL GO TO JAIL and justice will be served.
