A Solid Gold Sound Paid in full, no service, no DJ for wedding- no refund Florence, Kentucky

We hired A Solid Gold Sound to provide a DJ for our daughter's wedding. After we were coerced into paying in full early ( for a small discount), we could not get anyone to return our calls, no DJ ever called us , and we had to hire another DJ the day before the wedding! This company is a total ripoff and what makes me mad is that we got their name on a wedding site with rave reviews. JD and Ryan completely dodge our calls, and JD is no longer there. How convenient. There is no way to get a refund with this company because they won't take your calls or return any calls. Do NOT use this company under any circumstances. I am hoping to get into a class action suit against this company. There are sooo many people who have lost so much money and have had wedding nightmares.
