I'm writting to warn others of this scam. A SOLID GOLD SOUND not only took double payment for services not rendered but 7 months later we still have received no refund even with a complaint to the BBB! I am willing to join in on any class action being taken I have proof of phone calls made, registered letters sent and a responce that they never followed through on.

Have you considered filing a lawsuit in Federal Court for $100,000? They will either pay up, and you will get your money; plus, they HAVE to pay your attorneys fees; or, they will NOT show up and you will win by default.
Plus, file a complaint with your state's Attorney General. With enough complaints, A Solid Gold Sound will not be able to perform in your state anymore.
I have to ask, also. Did you really expect someone to show up for $495 when the going rate for a DJ is almost 3 times that?
