I wish I would have found this site before I booked these guys. Unfortunately for me and many others my story is the same as the rest of these people on this site.

My wedding was filmed 6 months ago and here I sit with no video, and less the money I already paid them. Every time I call they are in meetings or unavailable I have yet to talk to the editor (cheryl) or John the owner/ president. The only person I can talk to is Rob, JD, and Jay. None of them are even worth talking to because they have no answers.

In the end I really would just like to get my video. My wife and I have already spent hours trying to get this all worked out. We are currently looking into getting a lawyer. If anyone has more information on how to handle this or what we can do please contact me.

In my personal opinion this business needs to be shut down its an absolute joke it has been the worst business experience of my life.
