RE: Wedding Video

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing to you in a last effort to amicably resolve the issue of your company not providing timely, accurate or professional videography services which were retained for our wedding taking place on October 2, 2004 at Our Lady of Peace Church in Shaker Heights, OH with additional taping of our reception to be completed at Shaker Heights Country Club.

We have repeatedly attempted to communicate and resolve the issue of being presented with a wedding video of such inferior quality C containing skips, stalls and the like which make it virtually impossible to watch, to no avail.

The history of our attempts to resolve our issues with the inferior work product produced by your company is as follows:

December 2004: We telephoned your company to inquire as to the whereabouts of our wedding video. We were told that it was in process due to a back log and would be sent to us shortly.
January 2005: We contacted your company repeatedly to inquire as to the whereabouts of our wedding video to no avail.
February 2005: We contacted your company and were told that receipt of the video would be delayed due to a death in one of the video editors families and that as a result we would be provided free archiving services.
April 2005: We received our video along with the master tapes. We watched the video and was appalled at the poor quality. Specifically, the cd skips and sputters and outright stops 14 minutes in and freezes. We attempted playing the video on no less than 4 different machines with the same result. We contacted the company and was told that they would re-edit the video and send another by May 2005.
June 2005: Still did not receive any new video from the company and repeated phone calls went unreturned.
July 2005: Called and sent several email messages was told to send an email message, and then called again without being able to get in touch with any person. Also tried the "on-line customer support live chat" with no response. In calling the 800 number they mentioned to email you which we did, repeatedly. They also gave an additional 800 number to call and leave a message, but that number did not work.
August 2005: Repeated phone calls unreturned.
December 2005: Spoke with Rob who provided the following email:
