Me and my family were racial discriminated by this retail store A1 Furniture. We were in the store on July 30, 2010 to inquire about their ongoing sale. We liked couple of sofa sets and we were trying to figure out prices in different ways. We asked whether if we buying sofa, love seat, chair, oatman without the tables, what could be the price. And similar 3 different questions on two sofa's we liked. The customer representative "Robin Truesdill" gave us the cost, but she said "Do you all Indian, bargain like this? Whenever I go to to downtown at Indian store, I don't bargain" Then she made facial and hand expressions showing hatred towards Indians and made statement like "You Indians, are like Eeeee....." clenching her teeth and showing her both fist. I was with my wife and 6.5y/o daughter who were also accompanied to the store and they were also very upset with her racial and discriminating comments. We smiled back to her and walked out of store immediately, to avoid making any situation.
