a1 low cost movers The owner "Wayne" is out to get any money he can webster, Texas

I am a single mom and I'm pregnant and looked online for a reasonable moving company. A1 Low Cost Mover had a advertisement online $25 dollar per hour moving cost. I called the number and spoke with a man named "Wayne" I informed Wayne that I was looking for movers and I saw his special online for 25 dollars a hr.
I told Wayne that I was needing movers to move from a 1 bdrm apt on the 2nd story to a 2 bdrm apt on the 3rd story in the same apt complex. Wayne informed me that the special was $25 per person per hr. He said that 2 people would be enough to move a 1 bdrm apt in 2 hrs & that it was a 2 hr minimum plus a drive cost of 25 dollars. Total = $125.00 I said that sounds great I need to move 5/10/12 and he asked what time. I asked what the latest he could do and he said 4:00pm and that the movers would be there between 4:00-5:00pm and that they only accepted cash. I agreed.
On Moving Day I took off work early to be there @ 4:00pm and sat waiting for 2 hours. I called him at 5:15pm and told him that they were supposed to be there already and Wayne rush me off the phone. @ 5:32pm Wayne called me back and said they wouldn't be there for another 35 min. They arrived at 6:00 looked over my items, went to the truck to call their boss Wayne. Wayne then told them to charge me for 3 hours and add a $25 dollar stair charge since they have to move to the 3rd story. I told him that he never said anything about a charge for stairs and a 3rd hour when I told him what I needed.the 2 guys that worked for him said they could do it within a hr since there wasnt that many items to be moved. They tried to make me sign the contract first before moving that stated i would have to pay for 3 hours min with a 50 dollar charge.
 I called the owner and expressed my disappointment after i had been waiting 2 hours with misleading information. Wayne then told his employess to take 3 hours and go 1 min over and charge me for 4 hours just to suck my money from me. The owner had told them to complete the job and not to leave but to take as long as possible.
When I confronted the Owner about it he said "good luck trying to find someone else little girl."
It took the guys less than a hr to complete the move everything.
