A1 Spice World Flavorless spices - Refund policy is to put you off till manana Glen Head, New York

So called hickory smoked salt lacks all but a little hickory flavor.  

Telephone staff pretends to "talk to the boss who isn't here right now" and forgets you.  Twice the same non-experience.  

Their real policy is shown by a poorly disclosed policy to offer refunds less than the cost of shipping, but no refunds for products costing over $20.  They use the excuse you might have opened the product.  How else could you know a bad spice without opening it?  Catch-22!  Such a policy makes it clear they are scamming intentionally. 

This one bad apple in years of internet purchasing sours the experience for a long time.
