They ripped me off.

They put a stupid rule to their rebate form saying that we must have sent the rebates in 120 days, and but we have to get the 3rd month bill which means if the bill come late your money is gone.

In my case I was out of country. I sent them and they did not reply I called them after three months and they said that we are not honoring because you did not send on time.

I did not understand how it hurts them. They can leverage this by getting interest with keeping my money longer but I think interest is not enough they want to steal my money with these traps.

If they would have said these rules while I buy, I would not have bought the phones.

I talked to supervisor Rachuel, although she has right to honour my rebate she did not. She did not want to help customer and tried to frame me as a liar.
