I am upset as i have read an update to this claim on Kenneth Baxter and his company, A2Z Site solutions...updated 6-16-09. Kenneth Baxter had passed away at his computer end of May '09 where he spent all of his days and his blood sweat and tears building this company!!!! These comments should cease for his sons are picking up the pieces and doing as they can to repair!! If you have any human emotions or sympathy, you will understand now is not the time to continue this claim and let things go! You have stated your frustration long enough and putting negative time and emotion into this will do you or his surviving sons no good! Please retract any statements, future or present, for the emotional damage that follows these claims is far greater than the physical damage that you are trying to do to this business, for his sons want him remebered as a great father,grandad and human being!!!!

Unfortunately, A2Z reneged on our agreement after we removed all negative comments from other consumer protection websites. Thus, this case is NOT closed and we have elected to simply start from scratch and recreate the website.

Lesson to all: Don't go with a small firm. Check references. Do a thorough Google search on the name of the firm you're considering. Don't pay until your entire system and website is fully functioning. Don't accept excuse after excuse. If you ever get yourself into a similar situation, post a truthful account of what happened on various consumer protection websites to warn others. Remember that Ripoff Report does NOT remove comments.

Thanks a lot, Ken. You supremely wasted our time and money but I'm so glad to see this remains the #2 post when someone Googles the name of your business.

A2Z wrote to us on 10/10/08: I will refund her original paid payment after she removes all comments from the Internet. We are happy to oblige, and request that Ripoff Report remove this file from its website.

This lady was the most difficult and unorganised person we have ever dealt with. We bent over backwards trying to finish her site by the deadline and her communications were slow and she had so many changes that we could not finish her site in time. When the project was finished she said she did not have the money to pay the final balance and would make payments and asked me to do free SEO work. Three months passed and no payment so I suspended her site per our contract and agreement and was going to help with SEO if the payment was made.
She now contacts me after these three months and comes up with this fairy tale and wants the site handed over for free or she will try to ruin my reputation.
Also the second post above is forged by the original poster because I have never held anyones site hostage and have not had this problem before.
We are a very reputable firm and I have had numerous customers contact me and tell me this lady is spamming them with this information and I should sue her.
If you are a development firm stay far away from this person. The customer to avoid is Sarah McCue and her web site is Global Tribute and she will try to scam you and get it for free.

She is also poisting other bogus reports she has made up.
