Larry O'Leary and Chris Hillier of A 2 Z Investigations based in NJ and NY have been served with complaints from All State Investigations. Together with the ring leader Jerry Panico from NY, would take All State Investigation cases and send them to A 2 Z Investigations. Clients would think they were hiring All State Investigation since they sign a contract and were being charged All Sate Investigation rates. The cliens would send a check payable to All State Investigation where it would be cashed at a check cashing company. The client who wanted to pay by credit card would have been rung up on A 2 Z Investigations credit card terminal .This has been going on for over 2 years from 2007-2008 that we are aware of.
Charges presented to the above defendants are:
2C-20-4A THEFT BY DECEPTION
2C-5-2A CONSPIRACY
The ring leader Jerry Panico is looking at 5-10 years in prison, the co-defendants charges will follow
